IF you've got to this point, here are the instructions (for those who have not invited each other to their blogs) on how to do so and solve all the problems you are having (I am assuming that you have already set up a blog followign Andrzej's insturctions).
1. Go to the dashboard on your blog home page. This is the icon that looks like a clipboard. Right click, then click on settings. Go to Control permission (or something like that; I am working from memmory. Where it says 'Add', insert all the addresses I sent you, in the same format I sent (i.e., separated by commas).

Send them off and then wait for the invites.
Once you have accepted an invitation (through your google account - the email will direct you to sign in), the address will appear on your blog's reading list. If for some reason it doesn't, add it manually (go through the 'manage' page).
If these instructions are too difficult to follow, you have the option of going to bloggerhelp and look at a video that sets it all out for you.
